1. Authorization
By providing your banking information and agreeing to this authorization, you authorize RentFund Inc. (“RentFund”) and its payment processors to withdraw funds from your bank account to pay your rent and any applicable fees.
2. Type of PAD
This agreement is for:
- Personal PAD (if individual user)
- Payments will be used for:
- Rent payments to your selected payee (e.g., landlord)
- Any applicable service or processing charges
3. Payment Details
- Amount: As authorized by you within the app at the time of each transaction
- Frequency: One-time and/or recurring, based on your selections
- Timing: Withdrawals will be processed on or after the date you approve in the app
4. Your Authorization
You confirm that:
- You are the account holder or have authority over the account
- All banking information provided is accurate
- You authorize RentFund to debit your account as agreed
5. Right to Cancel
You may cancel this PAD agreement at any time by:
- Removing your bank account in the app, or
- Contacting support at: [email protected]
Cancellation may take up to 3 business days to take effect.
6. Recourse / Reimbursement Rights
You have certain recourse rights if a debit does not comply with this agreement.
For example, you may be entitled to reimbursement if:
- The debit was not authorized
- The amount or timing was incorrect

7. Delivery of Agreement
You agree to receive this PAD agreement electronically and acknowledge that it satisfies any legal requirement to provide this authorization in writing.
