Our platform is free to use, and we only earn when you successfully purchase a home. By using RentFund, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using RentFund, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

3. Eligibility To use RentFund, you must:

• RentFund's core services are free.
• Any optional premium services or partner-provided services may have associated costs, which will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• RentFund earns revenue through successful home purchases facilitated through our platform.

9. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and branding associated with RentFund are the property of RentFund. You may not use, copy, or modify any part of our platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability RentFund is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platform. We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
