RentFund Merchandise Return and Exchange Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy explains when physical products purchased from RentFund may be returned or exchanged and how merchandise refunds are issued. It does not govern RentFund Premium, rent-payment requests, payment options, payment-facilitation services, Partner arrangements, or independent-provider products.

2. Return Window

Unless a product page, promotion, or order confirmation states a different lawful period, eligible Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery. The customer must contact RentFund within the return window and follow the return instructions provided. Sending a product back without authorization may delay processing.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a discretionary return or exchange, Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in resalable condition with original tags and packaging where reasonably applicable. Proof of purchase is required. RentFund may inspect returned Merchandise before approving a refund or exchange.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale unless defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or returnable under applicable law: personalized or custom-made products; gift cards; products marked final sale before purchase; products that cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons after being opened or used; and items damaged through misuse, improper care, alteration, or ordinary wear.

5. Exchanges

Eligible apparel may be exchanged for another available size or the same product, subject to inventory. RentFund cannot guarantee replacement inventory. If an exchange is unavailable, RentFund may issue a refund or store credit with the customer’s agreement and subject to applicable law.

6. Return Shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless RentFund states otherwise. RentFund will cover reasonable return shipping for an incorrect, defective, or damaged product where the issue is confirmed. Customers should use a trackable method because RentFund cannot process a return it does not receive, except where applicable law places that risk on RentFund.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return unless RentFund states otherwise or applicable law requires a refund. After an approved return is received and inspected, processing may take up to ten (10) business days, and the customer’s financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

8. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

Customers should contact RentFund promptly after discovering an incorrect, damaged, or defective product and provide the order number and reasonable supporting information, such as photographs. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, RentFund may replace or repair the product, provide a refund, or offer another appropriate remedy.

9. Promotions and Bundles

If Merchandise purchased as part of a bundle or promotion is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotion’s disclosed terms. A promotional item that was free only because of a qualifying purchase may need to be returned or its disclosed value may be deducted where permitted by law.

10. Statutory Cancellation and Consumer Rights

This Policy provides RentFund’s ordinary merchandise return rules. It does not limit any cancellation right, warranty, refund, chargeback, or other remedy available under applicable consumer protection law, including rights that may apply when required online-contract disclosures are not provided or goods are not delivered as agreed.

11. Starting a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact [email protected] with the customer’s name, order number, item, reason for the request, and any relevant photographs. RentFund will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
