How long does it take?

Getting rent payment options only takes a few seconds. Once you select an option that works for you and are approved, RentFund will send the funds within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Friday. In some cases, transfers may also be received over the weekend.

Do I need approval from my landlord?

No. Landlord approval is not required. RentFund simply sends the rent payment directly to your landlord by e-Transfer or direct deposit, similar to a standard bank transfer all under your name.

Are there additional fees?

RentFund charges a standard service fee, which may vary depending on your request and the option selected. Any applicable fees are shown clearly before you submit your request, so you can review everything with full transparency.

Do I need good credit to use RentFund?

Not always. Some providers may check your credit, while others offer flexible options depending on your situation.

Will this affect my credit?
