1. Purpose

This Disclosure explains how RentFund uses third-party providers to offer, approve, process, finance, verify, or administer certain payment options and transactions.

2. RentFund Is Not the Lender

RentFund provides a service to help users access payment options and send rent-related funds. RentFund does not act as a lender, does not make lending decisions, and does not guarantee approval. Any credit, installment-payment, buy-now-pay-later, financing, or repayment product is provided under the terms of the applicable third-party provider.

3. Provider Terms Apply

Before using a third-party provider option, the user may be required to review and accept that provider’s terms, privacy policy, payment authorization, credit disclosures, repayment schedule, fees, interest rates, late fees, dispute process, and other requirements. The provider’s terms are separate from RentFund’s Terms.

4. Soft Credit Checks and Eligibility

A third-party provider may require a soft credit check, identity verification, risk assessment, bank-account review, income review, repayment-method verification, or other eligibility check. A soft credit check may not affect credit score, but users must review the provider’s own disclosures for exact details.

5. Provider Decisions

• Approval is not guaranteed.

• Available options may differ by user, amount, location, provider, risk review, credit profile, payment history, and other factors.

• RentFund does not control and is not responsible for provider approvals, denials, limits, fees, repayment terms, failed provider payments, late fees, collection activity, account actions, reporting, or provider errors.

• A provider may cancel, suspend, modify, or revoke an option according to its own terms.

6. Fees and Repayment Obligations

The user is responsible for reviewing all fees, repayment amounts, repayment dates, penalties, interest, and provider charges before accepting a third-party option. RentFund may receive fees, compensation, or other consideration from users, providers, or partners where permitted and disclosed as required by law.

7. Disputes With Providers

Disputes about third-party financing, repayment plans, credit decisions, provider fees, provider account actions, or provider payment failures must usually be handled directly with the provider. RentFund may assist where reasonable but cannot guarantee a provider outcome.
