1. Purpose

This Policy explains how users may access RentFund through the website and app, including the ability to view payment options on the website without first creating an app account.

2. Website Access Without Signup

RentFund may allow users to enter basic information and view available payment options through the website without first creating an app account. Website access does not mean that all features are available without an account, approval, verification, or completion of third-party provider requirements.

3. Optional App Use

Users may choose to create or use a RentFund app account to access additional features. App features may include payment tracking, payment history, repayment or additional-payment tools, document uploads, proof submission, notifications, special offers, and account support.

4. When App Access May Be Required

• RentFund may require app access or account creation to complete verification, track payment status, upload proof, manage documents, receive important notices, manage future requests, or access certain offers.

• If a user does not create an account or use the app where required, RentFund may be unable to complete the requested service.

5. Agreement to Terms

By using either the website or app, submitting information, viewing payment options, accepting an offer, or receiving funds sent by or through RentFund, the user agrees to the Terms of Use and all incorporated policies.
