Applies to: RentFund website, app, payment-option flow, payment delivery service, support communications, and related services.
Company: Rent Fund Inc. operating as RentFund

1. Purpose
This Policy explains when a RentFund request may be cancelled, when fees may or may not be refundable, and what happens after funds have been sent.
2. Cancellation Before Funds Are Sent
A user may request cancellation before RentFund sends funds. RentFund will review the request, but cancellation may not be available if the transaction has already moved into processing, has been approved by a provider, has been submitted for transfer, or is subject to third-party provider terms.
3. Completed Service Is Generally Non-Refundable
Once RentFund sends funds by e-transfer, direct deposit, or another supported method, RentFund has performed the Service. After funds are sent, RentFund fees and completed-service charges are generally non-refundable unless RentFund determines otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Refunds After Funds Are Sent
If a user requests a refund after funds have been sent, the user must first return to RentFund the full amount of funding that RentFund sent on the user’s behalf. RentFund may require cleared funds before considering any refund, provider adjustment, account correction, or reversal.
5. Third-Party Provider Charges
Third-party provider fees, interest, repayment obligations, late fees, subscription charges, payment plans, or financing charges are governed by the provider’s terms. RentFund cannot guarantee that a provider will cancel, reverse, refund, waive, or adjust any amount.
6. Incorrect Information and Failed Transfers
• If a transfer fails before funds leave RentFund or its provider, RentFund may request corrected information and attempt to resend.
• If funds are sent based on incorrect information provided by the user or recipient, RentFund is not responsible for resulting losses, delays, fees, late rent, or failed recovery.
• RentFund may investigate errors but does not guarantee recovery, reversal, or refund.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Filing a chargeback, bank dispute, provider dispute, or payment reversal does not cancel the user’s obligations under the Terms, including the obligation to return funds sent on the user’s behalf. RentFund may suspend accounts, contest disputes, provide evidence, recover losses, and deny future service where permitted by law.
8. Duplicate or Accidental Requests
Users must promptly notify RentFund if a duplicate or accidental request is submitted. RentFund may attempt to cancel or correct the request but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing begins.
